Shipping & Order Form

Please follow these guidelines when shipping materials to our lab:

• Film: Place film rolls in protective canisters or sleeves. Wrap securely to prevent movement during shipping. Include a note with your name, contact information, and processing instructions.
• Prints and artwork: Use rigid mailers or flat packaging to prevent bending. Place prints between protective sheets of acid-free tissue or glassine.
• Digital media: Ship CDs, USB drives, or memory cards in padded mailers. Label all media clearly with your name and order details.
• Fragile items: Use appropriate padding and clearly mark the package as FRAGILE.

Include the following information with your shipment:

• Your full name and return shipping address
• Phone number and email address
• Detailed description of services requested (processing type, print sizes, quantities, paper preferences)
• Any special instructions (push/pull processing, color corrections, cropping preferences)
• Preferred return shipping method (we can ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx)
